Sync hadn't really planned to talk to the dragon, but he was following Gale who was now definitely sitting in front of Tsunami and staring up at her curiously. At only a foot tall, she was much, much smaller than the other dragon.

"Plus you probably don't want to teach every single dragon in the city, I imagine." He sighs a little, standing a short distance away and watching Gale. Maybe letting her have free reign to run around as she pleased was a bad idea...
