There's a stifled snerk of laughter from Fuyuhiko as Papyrus attempts to make himself heard over his his trilling dragon. Does he even realize that it's kind of his fault that she started making such a ruckus in the first place? Maybe. Does he care? No. Because this is genuinely entertaining to watch.
