[Outer Nuren]
After spending some time quietly bonding with her new little flamebreathing baby dragon Mushu, Mai decided to venture out and explore the area around her. She ends up speaking to a few people during the day about what life was like in this new world before finding herself at the markets.

There was a small pouch of the local currency but not having been here long, it was hard to budget just how much she should be using for warm clothing and how much she should be keeping for emergencies or food... or whatever else she may need to purchase in the future. Well, if anything at least her little dragon would keep her warm. Once he learned how to control his little furnace tendencies.

Evening
[She's thanking people and smiling to others. Everybody was so kind here even though they were strangers and offering up food and small comforts. She missed home. Her heart broke a little more each time she thought of the world that was left behind. But she was here now and she had to do what she could so she put on a brave face and was trying to stay eager meeting everyone.]

[She's lost count how many times she's said that now. A guilty part of her knew she wasn't going to be able to remember them all either.]
